Choose your Plan

You can view, manage, and change your plan by going to your Billing section in Cartloop.

You can choose from 9 different Pricing Tiers, depending on how many messages you’re sending:

  1. Login into your Cartloop Dashboard and go to Settings

  2. Access the Billing section

  3. Press Change Plan

  4. View plans available. You can choose a different plan by selecting Select Plan beneath the plan name.

Add more credits to your plan

You can top up your number of credits by following the next steps:

  1. Access your Billing Page

  2. Press Add Credits

  3. Find the credit package you need

  4. Confirm the change

Questions:

What happens if I haven’t used all my usage credit by the end of the month?

  • Monthly Plans: Any unused portion of a shop's free usage credit will expire at the end of 30 days

  • Yearly plans: The credits will not expire until the end of the contract.

What happens if I used all my credits before the renewal?

  • You’ll be charged per SMS with the rate specific to your plan. If this happens, we’d recommend you upgrade your plan

What plans have the Concierge Experts included?

  • All our plans are gonna cover the human touch. This is something we believe in and we won’t restrict it.
