๐ง How to set up the integration
Step 1: Connect Gorgias from Casa Loyalty
Go to your Casa Loyalty Dashboard > Integrations.
Find Gorgias and click Connect.
Log in with your Gorgias credentials and authorize the connection.
Step 2: Add Casa Loyalty to your Gorgias sidebar
In Gorgias, go to Settings > App Store > My Apps.
Open Casa Loyalty and ensure itโs toggled ON.
The loyalty widget will now appear on the right-hand side of any ticket with a recognized customer email.
