CASA Loyalty provides multiple ways to display points to your customers, enhancing visibility and engagement.
Here's how you can set them up:
Navigate to Extensions
Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
From the left-side menu, click on Extensions.
Explore Display Options
On the Extensions page, you'll see three display options presented as cards:
Points on Product Page
Show customers the points they’ll earn for a specific product directly on the product page.Points on Cart Page
Display the total points customers will earn for their cart contents at checkout.Point Balance on Account Page
Allow customers to view their total points balance in their account dashboard.
Set Up Your Preferred Option
Click the Setup button on the card for the display option you want to enable.
You’ll be redirected to the settings page for that feature.
Activate the Feature
Scroll down and click the Go to Themes button.
Save the changes by pressing the Save button on the Themes page.
These options provide a seamless way to keep your customers informed about their loyalty rewards and drive program engagement effortlessly.
