The "Share on X" feature allows customers to earn rewards by sharing your store's content on X (formerly Twitter). This boosts your store's visibility and helps you tap into new audiences through customer endorsements.
How to Set Up the Feature:
Navigate to the Feature
Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
Click on Program.
Select Points Setup.
Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Share on X from the options.
Configure the Sharing Details
In the Share Link field, enter the URL you want customers to share.
In the Message field, you can add a predefined message to make the post more engaging.
Set the Points Reward
Decide how many points customers will earn for sharing and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.
If needed, use the limit option to restrict how many times customers can earn points for this action within a specific time frame.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature.
Customize the Icon
Choose the default "X" icon or upload your own to align with your branding.
Save Your Configuration
Click Save to activate and apply your settings.
