The "Follow on X" feature rewards customers for following your store's X (formerly Twitter) account. This helps you grow your follower base and maintain an engaged audience on social media.
How to Set Up the Feature:
Navigate to the Feature
Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
Click on Program.
Select Points Setup.
Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Follow on X from the options.
Enter Your X Profile Link
In the Social Link field, provide the URL for your store's X profile.
Set the Points Reward
Determine how many points customers will earn for following your profile and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature.
Customize the Icon
Choose the default "X" icon or upload your own icon that reflects your store’s branding.
Save Your Configuration
Click Save to finalize and enable the feature.
