The "Follow on TikTok" feature rewards customers for following your store's TikTok account, helping you expand your reach and build a stronger presence on this popular platform.
How to Set Up the Feature:
Navigate to the Feature
Go to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
Click on Program.
Select Points > Setup.
Click Add Ways to Earn and choose Follow on TikTok from the options.
Enter Your TikTok Profile Link
In the Social Link field, provide the URL for your store's TikTok profile.
Set the Points Reward
Determine how many points customers will earn for following your TikTok account and enter the value in the Points Awarded field.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature.
Customize the Icon
Choose the default TikTok icon or upload your own icon that aligns with your store’s branding.
Save Your Configuration
Click Save to finalize and enable the feature.
