Celebrate Birthdays with CASA Loyalty

Setting Up Birthday Points in CASA Loyalty
1. Enable Birthday Points
Log in to your CASA Loyalty dashboard.
Navigate to Programs > from the left-hand menu. > Points Setup.
Under "Earn Points," find the Celebrate Birthday option and toggle it ON.
By default, the reward is set to 100 points. To customize the reward amount:
Click Edit next to the Celebrate Birthday option.
Enter the new reward amount.
Save your changes.
2. Allow Customers to Add Birthdays
Once enabled, your customers can easily add their birthdays from the Ways to Earn section when they log into their loyalty account.
