Casa Loyalty allows you to reward customers with loyalty points when they leave a product review — a great way to boost engagement and incentivize feedback. This feature is powered through our integration with Judge.me. Here’s how you can set it up:
Step 1: Connect Judge.me with Casa Loyalty
Before setting up the "Review a Product" way to earn, make sure Judge.me is properly connected with your Casa Loyalty account.

Step 2: Navigate to Points Setup
Open the Casa Loyalty app dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to Programs > Points Setup.
Click on Add Ways to Earn.
In the popup, scroll till end and select Review a Product.
Step 3: Configure "Review a Product" Settings
After selecting this option, you’ll see several fields to configure:
Custom Title and Subtitle
Suggested Title: Review Bonus
Suggested Subtitle: 100 points for every product review!
You can change this to suit your brand tone and style.
Points Awarded
Set the number of loyalty points customers will receive for each product review. (e.g., 100)
Customer Eligibility
Optionally, restrict this reward to specific VIP Tiers.
Status
Make sure the status is set to Active.
Icon
You can use the default icon or upload a custom one to better match your branding.
Step 4: Save and Go Live
Once everything looks good, hit Save. The reward will now appear in both your loyalty widget and landing page.
How It Works for Customers
Once the integration is live:
Customers who leave a product review via Judge.me will automatically earn the set points.
No manual action needed on your part.
