The Product Discount feature allows you to offer loyalty points as a way for customers to receive discounts on specific products in your store. This reward type is perfect for highlighting certain items and encouraging customers to redeem their points for exclusive discounts.
How to Set Up Product Discount
Navigate to the Feature:
Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
Click on Program in the left-side menu.
Go to Points > Setup.
Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Product Discount.
Customize the Content:
Personalize how the Product Discount reward appears to your customers:
Custom Title:
Add an attention-grabbing title to explain the offer, such as “10% Off Your Favorite Product!”
Custom Subtitle:
Highlight the required points, like "Redeem 100 points for this exclusive discount."
Define Reward Values:
Select Product(s):
You can choose one product or all its variants for the discount.
If you want to apply a discount to multiple products that are not part of the same collection, you will need to create separate product discounts for each product.
Points Cost:
Enter the number of loyalty points customers must redeem to claim the discount.
Discount Value:
Specify the percentage discount customers will receive on the selected product(s).
Customize Discount Code:
Add a prefix to discount codes for easy identification.
Example: Prefix: SAVE → Final Code: SAVE10.
Reward Expiry
Enable the Reward Expiry feature to set a time limit for redeeming rewards. This option allows you to:
Expire issued rewards after a specified duration.
Available durations:
6 months (encourages quicker redemptions).
1 year (provides more flexibility for customers).
Customize the Icon
Choose the default icon or upload your own to align with your branding.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature:
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the feature as needed.
Save Your Settings:
Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes and enable the feature.
