Store Credit

The Store Credit feature allows customers to redeem their loyalty points for store credit that can be used towards future purchases. This option gives customers flexibility and encourages them to return to your store, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.


How to Set Up the Store Credit Feature

Navigate to the Feature

  • Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.

  • Click on Program in the left-side menu.

  • Go to Points > Setup.

  • Scroll and Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select Store Credit.


  1. Customize the Details

    Content Customization:

    • Add a custom title and subtitle to clearly communicate the store credit offer to customers.

    • Example: Use "Redeem Points for Store Credit" as the title and "100 Points = $1 Store Credit" as the subtitle.

    You can also edit these details for your loyalty program's landing page by selecting the Landing Page tab.


  2. Points Redemption Style

    CASA Loyalty offers two redemption styles for store credit:

    1. Fixed Amount of Points:

      • Customers redeem points in a set, predefined amount.

      • Example: Customers must redeem exactly 100 points to receive $1 in-store credit.

    2. Increments of Points:

      • Customers can redeem points in incremental amounts.

      • Example: Customers can redeem 100 points for $1, 200 points for $2, and so on, providing more flexibility.


  3. Activate or Deactivate the Feature

    • Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the Store Credit feature.

  4. Customize the Icon

    • Choose the default icon or upload your own custom icon to align with your branding.

  5. Save Your Settings

    • Once all configurations are complete, click Save to activate the Store Credit feature in your loyalty program.
