The POS Amount Discount feature allows customers to redeem loyalty points directly at your physical store for an amount-based discount. This feature integrates seamlessly with your POS system, offering a rewarding experience for in-store shoppers and enhancing their loyalty to your brand.
How to Set Up the POS Amount Discount Feature
Navigate to the Feature
Open the CASA Loyalty app dashboard.
Click on Program in the left-side menu.
Go to Points > Setup.
Click on the Ways to Redeem button and select POS Amount Discount.
Customize the Details
Content Customization:
Add a custom title and subtitle to help customers understand the point-to-discount conversion.
Example: Use "Redeem Points for In-Store Discounts" as the title and "100 Points = $5 Discount" as the subtitle.
You can also edit these details for your loyalty program's landing page by clicking on the Landing Page tab.
Rewards Value
Points cost:
Set how many points are needed for a specific discount value.
Example: 100 points = $5 discount.
Activate or Deactivate the Feature
Use the Status toggle to enable (Active) or disable (Disable) the POS Amount Discount feature.
Customize the Icon
Choose the default icon or upload your own custom icon to match your branding.
Save Your Settings
Once all configurations are complete, click Save to enable the POS Amount Discount feature in your loyalty program.
