The Points on Cart Page feature in Casa Loyalty helps customers see how many points they earn for items in their cart—right before they complete a purchase. This transparency encourages more engagement and boosts conversion rates.


✅ What It Does

This extension adds a dynamic section to your Shopify cart page displaying:

  • Points earned based on current cart contents

  • Updates automatically as products/quantities change

  • Helps customers understand the value of joining your loyalty program


▶️ Setup Process

  1. Open the Casa Loyalty app in your Shopify Admin.

  2. Go to Extensions in the left sidebar.

  3. Find the Points on Cart Page option and click Setup.

    🛠️ A new browser tab will open with Shopify's Theme Editor, showing your cart template

  4. In the Theme Editor, confirm that the "Casa Loyalty Points on Cart Page" block is added.

  5. Click Save in the Theme Editor to enable the feature.


🧩 Customize the Placement (Optional)

To change where the points display appears:

  1. In the Theme Editor’s left sidebar, find the Casa Loyalty Points on Cart Page block.

  2. Drag and drop it to adjust its location on the cart page (e.g., above the total or under cart summary).

  3. Remove any old duplicate blocks if present.

  4. Click Save to finalize the position.
