This guide will walk you through how to set up VIP Tiers in Casa Loyalty to reward your most loyal customers based on their purchase behavior.
Accessing the VIP Program Settings
From your Casa Loyalty Dashboard, click on Programs.
Under the VIP section, click on Set Up.
This will take you to the VIP setup page, where you can create and manage VIP tiers.
Activating the VIP Program
Before customers can start using the VIP feature, you must activate it:
Click Activate program (if not already active).
You will see a status message that says:
"Your VIP program is currently disabled."
Click Enable to activate.
Note: If you update your milestone or program start date, customers may be reassigned to new tiers.
Creating VIP Tiers
VIP tiers allow you to reward customers when they join, spend, or engage more with your brand.
Click Add Tiers to create a new VIP tier.
Enter a Program Name (e.g., Gold, Platinum, etc.).
Define how many points or amount spent is needed to reach this tier.
Click the Save icon to confirm the new tier.
You’ll be able to see:
The tier name
Points required
Number of customers in that tier
Edit/Delete options
VIP Tiers Settings
Under VIP Tier Settings, you can define:
Program Start Date
Choose a date from which your VIP program should start tracking customer activity.
The date must be between today and the date you created your Casa account.
Entry Criteria
Choose how a customer qualifies for a VIP tier:
Points earned – Based on loyalty points collected.
Amount spent – Based on the total money a customer has spent.
Tier Duration
Set how long a customer remains in their VIP tier:
Their lifetime as a reward member (default)
Customers stay in their VIP tier forever once they qualify.One calendar year
Customers must requalify every year (January 1 to December 31).Number of years
Customers qualify for a selected number of years from the date they joined.
After setting all options, click Save to apply your VIP program settings.
Final Steps
Once saved, your VIP program will be ready to track customer loyalty based on your setup. You can manage your tiers anytime by returning to the VIP section in the Programs tab.
