Customizing Your Casa Loyalty Landing Page

Your Casa Loyalty landing page is your storefront’s digital loyalty hub — where customers interact with your rewards program, check points, redeem rewards, refer friends, and more. With our Landing Page Editor, you have full control over the content, design, and layout of each section. This guide will walk you through every step to customize your landing page from the Casa Loyalty dashboard.

📍 Accessing the Landing Page Editor

  1. Go to your Casa Loyalty Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Branding.

  3. Under the Landing Page section, click Set up, then click the Customize button.

This will open the Landing Page Editor where you can configure all content, sections, placement, and visual settings.

🛠️ General Settings & Custom Text

Each section of your loyalty landing page is editable with custom titles, descriptions, and dynamic content using variables.

Available Variables:

  • {{points}} – Displays the user's current points balance

  • {{signupBonus}} – Signup reward points

  • {{customerName}} – Logged-in customer’s name

  • {{currency}} – Your store’s currency symbol or code

  • {{customerReward}} – Reward amount customer can earn

  • {{storeName}} – Your store’s name

  • {{friendReward}} – Reward amount for referred friend



🧱 Customizable Page Sections

You can enable or disable any of these sections and modify their text and behavior. Here's a breakdown of each one:

🦸 Hero Section

The landing page’s welcome message and image area (visible when not logged in).

Editable fields:

  • Desktop & Mobile Images

  • Title (e.g., STORE REWARDS)

  • Detail (e.g., Join for free and earn rewards on every purchase!)

  • Button labels: SIGN IN and JOIN NOW

👤 Account Section (Logged-in View)

A personalized welcome view for logged-in users.

Editable fields:

  • Title (e.g., HELLO {{customerName}})

  • Detail (e.g., You currently have {{points}} points)

  • Buttons: My Rewards, My Recent Activity

🔍 How It Works

Guide customers through the core steps of the program.

Editable steps:

  1. Join – Create an account and earn {{signupBonus}} points

  2. Earn – Earn points for purchases, reviews, birthdays, etc.

  3. Redeem – Use points for {{currency}} rewards or VIP perks

👯 Referral Section

Let customers refer friends and earn rewards.

🌟 VIP Tiers (Level Up Section)

Motivate customers to climb tiers for better perks.

Editable fields:

  • Title (e.g., Level up)

  • Detail (e.g., to unlock more perks!)

  • Tier levels with credits, rewards, and exclusive perks (Basic, Premium, Plus)

Add frequently asked questions.

Editable fields:

  • Title (e.g., FAQs)

  • Add Q&A pairs as needed (currently blank in the example)

🔄 Section Order & Placement

In the Placements tab, you can drag and drop each section to rearrange their order on the landing page. This gives you complete control over the layout experience.

🎨 Colors & Branding

Set your brand colors easily from the Colors tab:

  • Primary Color – Affects buttons and key accents

  • Secondary Color – Affects headings, subtext, and backgrounds

Simply input your brand’s hex codes (e.g., #69500f, #333436).

🔎 Previewing the Page

As you make changes, a live preview of each section is shown on the right side of the editor. This helps you see exactly how your content will appear to customers before publishing.

  • Keep copy concise and customer-friendly
