The status tab is where you, as a Firm Client, can see where the status of your case is. When you click into your case you will be able to see any checklists that are assigned to you, the description and expectation of the stage that you are in, and what number stage you are in out of the entire process.
How can you see your Case ID?
Log into the Case Status App and see your Case ID at the top of the Status tab under your Firms name. Refer to the How to use the Case Status mobile app article if you do not have the app!
