The All notifications page is where we let you know how your account requests are progressing, show your past activity and any messages we’ve sent you. If you have added a new account, it will show you how that’s going with your bank. It will also let you know if your bank has come back to us with a problem.
You will know if how many new notifications you have by the number on the All notifications tab in your side menu, or the bell icon at the top of the page.
Note: We rely on the banks for the response time, so that can vary, sometimes it can take up to half an hour. If a request is taking more than an hour, please feel free to let us know and we’ll check it out.
