Adding a property is a simple step that will help complete your financial picture.

Start by clicking Add property in the side menu. Type in your address, choose the right one from the list and click Continue.  The details on record for your property will appear. The results can be edited—if anything has changed with your property, it’s best to change it here so we can update your property’s record. 

Click Accept and if it’s all OK, Yes I confirm.

The system will give you a range for the market value of your property and the ability to enter a value to show on your Dashboard. When it appears at the top, just drag and drop it to one of your Groups and you’re all done. 

If you have more than one property it’s a good idea to create individual groups for each and store both the property and any mortgage you have on it in the same group.
