Once you have branded your site and have viewed your email messages, you are ready to start inviting clients.

Adding a sponsored client

Sponsored clients are those whose membership you are paying. They will be added to your plan count as you invite them.

The Invitations page in your app will allow you to sponsor a client instantly with just their name and email. If you choose to, you can leave a personal message which we will include in your invitation—though the email has been written so you don’t need to. You will see your message, and how your email will look to your client, right there in the app.

The sharing toggle

By default this is ON, so your clients automatically share all their accounts with you. You may decide that is not what some clients will want. We recommend you toggle it OFF and touch base with your clients about the sort of account information you need to help them out. They can then share those Account Groups with you, rather than share everything. They may however be happy to share it all, in which case you can leave the toggle ON.

You can change this on a client by client basis when you enter their details.

Your sponsorships

Sent invitations appear under the Pending Sponsorships section. When your clients accept your email it will show up under Active Sponsorships, as well as on your Clients page.

Any client who chooses not to accept your invitation will show up in the Rejected Sponsorships link, which also shows the number of rejections.
