Managing Pending Requests
Pending requests will display a delete option if the request has never been completed previously.
If the request has been completed previously, there is no delete option. This is important for usage and billing purposes. Previously completed requests should be Re-confirmed. Once they show in your Completed list the Archive and Delete options are available for you. For more details read on..
Managing Completed Requests
Show archive & search for completed requests
On your Statements tab, head to the Completed Requests section. Click on the Show archived button to view all completed requests in CashDeck, including any you have hidden away by clicking the Archive button to the right of each request line.
Click on the Show Archived button to make all archived requests visible. Once your archived requests are shown, an option to Delete a request is presented.
You can search inside the search field for your clients' completed request, by either their name or email address.
Deleting requests
You can only delete requests that have been archived first. Once you archive a request, click on the show archived button. You are now presented with a Delete button.
Warning: Deleting a request is permanent and cannot be undone.
Unarchive
If you have accidentally archived a request. Simply click the Unarchive button to make it visible again.
