Automatically Deleting Requests

Completed requests can be deleted automatically, but you need to set this up via your account settings. You can control that via Your Account > Settings > Credit Ready.

This is a good idea if you are integrating the files we retrieve into another platform i.e. Salestrekker or BrokerEngine, to avoid having duplicate copies of client files in multiple systems.

When you enable this option, you need to set the number of days for which requests should be automatically deleted. The minimum number of days is 31, the maximum number of days is 180.

The number of days will count from the day you archive the request. Deletions are scheduled at approximately 2 a.m. daily.

You can unarchive a request to cancel the programmed deletion.

Deleting Pending Requests

Pending requests will display a delete button, if the request has not been completed previously.

If the request has been completed previously, there is no delete option while the request is pending. You can use the Re-confirm button to move that request back into your completed list and you can delete it from there.

Deleting Completed Requests

Deleting requests cannot be undone.

To delete a request you need to move it into your request Archive. Click the Show Archive button to reveal the delete option.
