CashDeck is able to access data from a large number of Australian institutions for your clients to download.

To check out what types of data we can retrieve from each institution, simply log in to your CashDeck portal.

When you click on the Institutions tab you will see a table of all the institutions we support. This is a live list that will update as support is upgraded for a particular bank.

The institutions are divided according to the data they provide us.

​Providing Transaction PDFs and eStatements

This category contains all the major banks and will cover the majority of your client's requests. You can expect to receive official bank statements and a transaction PDF covering transactions on the account from the last statement date to the moment the request is submitted. Data is also retrieved for the raw living expenses report.

Providing eStatements only

Transaction PDFs aren't available from these institutions, although raw transactions will be available for living expense analysis use.

Providing Transaction PDFs only

Official eStatements aren't available from these institutions, although raw transactions will be available for living expense analysis use and Transaction PDFs will be generated for these accounts.

Providing only raw balances and transactions

No official bank statements or transaction PDFs are available from these institutions, although raw transactions will be included in the living expenses analysis.
