Which banks are supported?

CashDeck supports data retrieval from a wide range of Australian financial institutions. How can you tell which institutions are included?

🔍 How to Check Supported Banks

To view the full, up-to-date list of supported institutions:

  1. Log in to your CashDeck portal.

  2. Click on the Institutions tab in the left sidebar.


This table is live and continually updated as we expand or upgrade support for different banks.


🗂️ Types of Data by Institution

Each institution is categorised by the type of data it provides through CashDeck:

Providing Transaction PDFs and eStatements

  • Includes all major banks

  • You’ll receive:

    • Official bank statements (eStatements)

    • Transaction PDFs (covering from the last statement to the date of submission)

    • Raw transaction data for Living Expenses Reports

🟢 This category covers the majority of client needs.

📄 Providing eStatements Only

  • Transaction PDFs are not available

  • You’ll receive:

    • Official bank statements

    • Raw transactions for Living Expenses Reports

📊 Providing Transaction PDFs Only

  • Official eStatements are not available

  • You’ll receive:

    • Transaction PDFs

    • Raw transaction data for Living Expenses Reports

🔢 Providing Only Raw Balances & Transactions

  • No official statements or transaction PDFs

  • You’ll receive:

    • Raw transaction data only (suitable for expense analysis)
