Occasionally the download process will take longer than expected without any statements showing up under your client's name. There are a number of reasons why this can happen:
A delay from the bank
From time to time a bank will take longer than expected to download a client's statements.
An interruption in your client's internet connection
If this happens while the statements are downloading the request will not be completed.
Changing their password too quickly
If your client logs back in to their online banking immediately after completing your download invitation, the download will be interrupted.
What to do next
Your clients' statements will usually appear on your Client page in under 5 minutes. If this doesn't happen please let us know and we'll look into it.
