​Setting up your Branding

You should update the logo for your account to match your business. This logo is used in any emails we send on your behalf and in your client portal.

To change the logo simply open the Branding tab and upload your logo by clicking the Change logo button. Any standard picture format will do i.e. JPEG, PNG etc. We recommend using a logo with a transparent background.

Setting up your Partner Details

Your client-facing contact details can be managed via the Partner Details tab. If you make any changes we recommend sending a test link to yourself so that you can confirm the changes are to your liking.

Billing

You can find details about your subscription and payments via the billing tab.

Your monthly invoices are downloadable as a pdf by opening the statement first, then clicking the Printable version button.

Security Collateral for your Clients'

We have developed a short 1 page article that contains 5 key points about the security of your clients information. Note this is a .docx file so you can adjust the fonts, layout, colours or add a logo etc.
