Managing Your Partner Details

This article helps you manage your individual and partner details, inside your CashDeck portal.

CashDeck uses the information inside your Partner Details tab to generate email signatures (when sending emails via CashDeck) and online inside your client's bank statement request portal.ย 

Click on Partner details on your left-side menu to get started.

If you are an individual broker the following guide won't have an impact on you. However, if you belong to a CashDeck partner that has multiple brokers connected to it, there is a chance your colleagues email address may show up in the email signature of any emails you send out from CashDeck.ย 

Email Signatures inside CashDeck

Email signatures inside CashDeck are generated from the information held inside the Individual and Partner Details sections. An example of a signature is found below. The colour codes show you what information comes from the Individual Details section and the Partner Details section.

Individual Details

These are your personal contact details. This information appears above the Partner details in outbound communication to clients. This is the only place your personal work email address should be included.

Partner Details

These details are shared across everyone in your organisation. Changes made here will be updated for all. It is important that if there are multiple brokers in an organisation that the

Best practice is to keep these details generic (i.e. company-wide phone number that goes to switchboard or top-level info@yourcompany.com email address).

The details in the Individual details section above will always appear above these generic company details in emails or other communication.
