What does this mean?


This error indicates that the login details entered by your client are incorrect.

How to resolve it:


Please ask your client to log into their bank’s online banking portal via a web browser (not the smartphone app) to verify their login credentials. Once they confirm their correct details, they can return to our platform and reconnect their bank account using the accurate information.
