What does this mean?
This error occurs when your client has entered incorrect login details too many times, which may result in their online banking access being locked.
How to resolve it:
Ask your client to visit their bank’s website (using a web browser, not the smartphone app) and try logging in. If they are unable to log in, they should complete the password reset process. Once their access is restored, they can return to our platform and successfully reconnect their bank account.
