How to manage a 1003 error - Locked bank account error.

A 1003 error means your client has locked their online banking access due to entering the incorrect login details too many times.

Please ask your client to log into their banks online banking portal (not smartphone app) and run through the password reset process. Once done, your client can return to our process and successfully add their bank.
