How to manage a 1004 SMS code suspended error.

A 1004 error means that your client has supplied an SMS code that has already expired.

Ask your client can return to the link you sent to re-add their bank. When they receive their SMS code and input that into CashDeck, your client needs to ensure they don't login to their bank directly for the next 30 minutes. This will avoid interruption to the download process.
