This is a warning notifying you that a third input is required to authenticate the user. This could be because of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Some banks, such as Bank of Melbourne, require MFA as a default.

Please ask your client to return to the link you sent, and to re-add their bank being sure to include the MFA token they receive after submitting their username and password information.
