What does this mean?

Common examples include:
Accepting updated terms and conditions
Confirming communication preferences (e.g., SMS, email)
Responding to event-related notices (e.g., natural disaster support questions)
How to resolve it:
Ask your client to log into their online banking directly through the bank’s website. They should review and respond to any messages or prompts shown by the bank. Once that’s done, they can return to our service and reconnect their bank account using the secure link.
