Sometimes when you log in to your online banking, the bank presents a query that requires the account owner's input.
Examples of these include:
The bank releases a set of updated terms and conditions (ordinary), which your client will need to accept.
The bank would like updates on your communications options i.e. ' How would you like to hear from us? SMS, email etc.'
At times when there are floods or fires the bank may ask if you have been affected by the recent events.

To fix this, just ask your client to log into their bank via a web browser and clear any messages that are presented by the bank, before adding a fresh connection to their bank via our link again.
