This error is returned when our connection to a bank is interrupted. This usually occurs when your client logs in to their bank directly with the same username and password that our systems are using.

Please ask your client to return to the link you sent to re-add their bank. Once that request is submitted your client will need to allow 30 minutes before logging in to their bank directly, to avoid the download process being interrupted.
