What does this mean?


This error typically occurs when your client hasn't fully set up their online banking. It may also appear if they try to connect to a bank they no longer have an active account with.

How to resolve it:


Ask your client to log in to their online banking directly through the bank's website to ensure their account is fully set up and active. If they no longer use that bank, they should choose a different bank account to connect instead.
