This article shows you how to setup sharing with other users in your Partner account.

If you work with others in your business that also connect to CashDeck, you can now share requests that you create with them easily. This will give them full access to the request, including all online tools, filters, and report options.

Sharing isn't turned on automatically and each user needs to set this up for themselves. Sharing will only apply to new requests and not historical requests.

Setting Up Sharing as a Default

Step 1.

Open your account settings and click on the Sharing tab.

You will see all other users that are connected to your partner account in the list.

Select other users you want to share your requests with and save your changes. You only need to do this once and all future requests will be shared with the selected users unless you change this.

Step 2.

Whenever you create a new request you will see a note at the bottom showing who this request will be shared with.

Sharing or Unsharing Individual Requests

If you want to share or unshare access just change the sharing permissions in a specific request by opening the request and editing the Shared with permissions shown in the screenshot below.

This also helps with sharing historical files with other colleagues because when you set up sharing as a default, it only applies to new requests from that point forward.
