An error occurred during the crawl (data collection process), and we were unable to continue. This is usually due to your clients account being secured using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
If your client logs in to their bank while our systems are retrieving their account data, our session will be logged out. When our systems automatically attempt to restart the download process it fails, due to the original MFA token no longer being valid.
Please ask your client to return to the link you sent, and to re-add their bank. Ask your client not to login to their bank directly for 30 minutes after the request has been submitted.
