Macquarie Bank connections require authentication via the Macquarie Bank Authenticator App.

Approval for access to statements and transactions must be provided via the Macquarie Bank Authenticator App. Your client will receive a notification via the app and will need to have their mobile device handy to authorise that access.

There are just a few simple steps to authenticate via the app, these are outlined in the screenshots below.

1. You will receive a notification on your mobile device.

2. Approve access by select the Yes, it's me option.

3. Job done.

Alternatively, Macquarie may send an SMS (depending on how your client has their MFA setup configured) that contains a code.

In any case, if your client has their mobile device handy they will be able to authenticate any access requests to Macquarie Bank.
