If you want to auto-delete archived requests, you can access that option via Your Account > Settings > Credit Ready. This option is disabled by default.

When you enable this option, you can set the number of days for which requests should be automatically deleted. The minimum number of days is 31, the maximum number of days is 180. The number of days will count from the latest update to the request i.e. the day you archive the request a field in our system called latest update will flag the current date and time.

Once set, any archived requests that meet those conditions will be automatically deleted. Deletions are scheduled at approximately 2 a.m. daily.

Note, that it is not possible to recover deleted requests.
