Automatically Delete Completed Requests

You can enable automatic deletion of completed requests through your account settings:

  1. Go to Your Account > Settings > Credit Ready.

  2. Enable the Auto-delete Completed Requests option.

  3. Set how many days after archiving a request should be deleted (minimum: 31 days, maximum: 180 days).

This is especially helpful if you're integrating with platforms like Salestrekker or BrokerEngine, to prevent storing duplicate files across systems.

⚠️ Deletions occur around 2:00 a.m. daily and are calculated based on the archive date.


You can unarchive a request anytime to cancel the scheduled deletion.

Once a completed request is archived, it will be automatically deleted after the set number of days.

How to Delete a Pending Request, Immediately

  • If a pending request has never been completed before, it will show a Delete button.

  • If the request was completed previously, the Delete button will not appear. Instead, click Re-confirm to move it back to your Completed list, then delete it from there.

How to Delete a Completed Request, Immediately

⚠️ Deleting a completed request is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete a completed request:

  1. First, archive the request.

  2. Click Show Archive to view all archived requests.

  3. The Delete option will be available.
