Some external platforms—like Salestrekker, Mystro, or others—automatically apply default settings when creating requests via their systems. Now, you have the option to override those settings directly from your CashDeck account.
🛠 What Settings Are Controlled by External Apps?
By default, your external integration may set:
The data sync period (e.g. 93, 184, or 365 days)
Whether or not your client can restrict which accounts are shared
🔄 How to Override These Settings
You can change these defaults by configuring your External App Overrides in your CashDeck account.
Go to Your Account > Settings > External App Overrides
Select your preferred request settings
Choose your default sync period
Enable/disable account restriction by client
✅ What Happens Next?
Once you’ve saved your override settings:
Any new request created via an external platform will use your custom settings, not the external app’s defaults.
