When creating a request via an external app i.e. Salestrekker etc., the request settings are chosen by that external system.

Those settings include the total number of days worth of data you would like to sync. i.e. 93, 184 or 365 days and if you have allowed your client to restrict accounts from being shared or not.

From your account settings, you can now override any default settings in place with your external application provider.

Once updated, any new requests created via an external application will use the override settings you have chosen in your account settings.
