Here's the reason why the Deposit isn't processing

  1. Deposit limit

    → Sometimes our Bank and E-wallets have reached their Deposit limit.

  2. Insufficient balance on your bank account.

    → Please make sure your chosen payment method or

    bank account has enough balance to perform the transaction.

  3. Deposit Transaction Timed out

    →This means that the transaction took too long to process, or

    some other software issue came up that prevented the transaction

    from taking place. If this is the case, you should make sure

    your internet connection is stable before trying again.

  4. Bank and E-wallets were unstable

    → This will happen if there is maintenance of the bank or e-wallets.

    Better to wait for the maintenance before making any deposit.
