How to Track Your Transaction ID (TrxID)
Follow these steps:
Log in to your MCW account
Go to your Profile and select My Account
Open Transaction Record / Transaction History
Locate your Transaction ID (TrxID) to check the current status
Deposit Status Meaning
● Processing
Your deposit is still under verification. Please wait a few minutes; it will be automatically credited once confirmed.
● Approved
Your deposit has been successfully credited to your account.
● Disapproved
Your deposit was not confirmed and requires follow-up. Please report the issue through the support channel.
Important:
● Always double-check your Transaction ID before submitting
● Ensure the deposit amount matches your request
● Keep a screenshot or record of your transaction for reference
