Bank cards (Visa/Mastercard)
Provide clear photos of the physical card you used to deposit:
Front of card: show the first 6 and last 4 digits, cardholder name, expiry date, and all four edges of the card in the photo.
Back of card: Cover the CVV and show all four edges of the card.
If you cannot photograph the card, you may instead upload a bank/credit-card statement (PDF or image) that shows:
Your full name
The last 4 digits of the card
A recent casiny1.com transaction (date and amount)
The bank/issuer name or logo and the statement date
Image & file rules
Use original, unedited photos/screenshots/PDFs (masking card digits/CVV is allowed).
All four edges visible; no heavy cropping, glare, or blur.
Text must be clearly readable (issuer/bank/wallet name, dates, amounts).
One document per method is usually enough; we may request more if details are missing.
