Casiny lets you withdraw any cleared, unused funds from your wallet. The minimum per withdrawal is €10 (or currency equivalent). If you’re closing your account, you may withdraw your full balance with no minimum.
To protect players and comply with AML rules, deposits must be wagered at least once (1×) before you withdraw. If you request a payout before meeting 1×, we may apply an 8% fee (minimum €4).
Example: deposit €50 → withdraw before wagering €50 total → possible fee €4.
Before a payout is approved, we may complete verification (KYC). This can include photo ID, proof of address. Verification may be requested at any time during your relationship with casiny1.com.
Withdrawals are normally returned to the same payment method you used to deposit. In some cases, we may allow a different method at our discretion, but this will require additional security checks. If your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, please contact Customer Support to arrange your payout.
Monthly limits depend on how your balance compares to your total deposits:
If your balance is ≥ 10× your total deposits, the monthly cap is €5,000 (or equivalent).
In all other cases, the standard monthly cap is €10,000.
Example: lifetime deposits €300 and balance €3,200 (≥10×) → monthly limit €5,000.
