Accounts Limits & Restrictions

Managing play is simple at casiny1.com, and the tools are there to help you stay in control. You can add or change limits in Profile → Settings → Responsible Gambling. Each limit works a little differently, but they all share the same goal: to set clear, automatic boundaries so you never spend more time or money than you planned. When a limit is reached, the system steps in immediately—there’s no need to contact support for it to take effect.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion blocks access to your Casiny account for the period you choose. While it’s active you can’t log in or place bets; pending bets remain as placed, and any available balance can be withdrawn by contacting live support. Choose a timeframe that suits your situation — from a short break to an indefinite block. Self-exclusion is designed to be firm: once set, it runs until the end date. If you’re unsure which option to choose, our team can talk through the choices and point you to professional help if you need it.

Deposit limit

A deposit limit sets the maximum you can add to your account over a day, week, or month. It’s one of the best tools for budgeting because it controls the money coming in, regardless of wins or losses. Attempts to deposit above your limit are automatically declined, and you’ll see a clear message in the cashier. You can lower a deposit limit at any time and it will take effect quickly; raising or removing a limit may include a short cooling-off period shown on screen so changes remain intentional.

Loss limit

A loss limit caps how much you can lose over the period you select. The system calculates net results from your settled bets. When it detects that you’ve reached the cap, further wagering is restricted until the period resets. This tool is helpful if you want to ring-fence downside risk on busy weeks or during new-game sessions. As with other limits, you can reduce the amount at any time; increases or removals may include a brief cooling-off window.

Wager (bet) limit

A wager limit stops play once your total staked amount reaches the cap for the chosen period—wins don’t offset the tally. It’s useful if you prefer to manage play by time/volume rather than spend. When the threshold is reached, new bets are blocked until the clock resets. You’ll see the remaining allowance in your casiny1.com account so you always know where you stand.

Take a Break (short time-out)

If you only need a short pause, use Take a Break for a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day time-out (options shown in your account). During a break, you can’t wager, and you’ll be automatically re-enabled when the timer ends. Many Casiny players set a recurring weekly break to create healthy gaps between sessions.
