Step 1: Open the File Share Settings
In Google Drive, right-click on your file and select Share.
You’ll see the Share settings panel.
Step 2: Change General Access to “Anyone with the Link”
Under General access, click the dropdown next to Restricted (if set).
Select Anyone with the link.
Step 3: Adjust Advanced Sharing Permissions
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Share panel.
2. In the Settings window:
Check Allow editors to change permissions and share (optional, for collaborators).
Under People who can download, copy, and print, make sure Editors and Commenters and viewers are checked.
This ensures that viewers can download your file.
Step 4: Copy and Share the Link
Click Copy link in the Share panel.
2. Paste the link into the Castmagic import URL field.
