You asked, we built. Here's how it works:

  • Invite teammates to your spaces to work together.

  • No credit card required, team members can use your minutes.

  • Available for accounts on our Starter plan and above.

Here's how to invite new members to collaborate on your projects and share files seamlessly.

Step 1: Go To the Settings Tab

Go to the upper left-hand corner of the app.

Scroll down to the bottom of the settings tab until you find the section labeled "Team."

Then click on "Manage your team."


​Step 2: Inviting a New User

1. Once in the team management area, locate the "Invite User" button.

2. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite as a team member.

3. Select their role from the options provided, choosing between "Member" or "Admin."

4. Decide whether you want to invite them to all spaces or only the current space you are in by checking or unchecking the respective box.

5. Click on "Invite User" to send the invitation.


​Step 3: Accepting the Invitation

1. The invited team member will receive an email notification with the invitation.

2. Instruct them to open the email and click on the provided link to accept the invitation.

3. They will be directed to set up a Castmagic account.

4. Once the account is set up, the team member will have access to the shared spaces within your workspace.

Congratulations!

You have successfully added a new team member to your Castmagic workspace.

They can now collaborate, upload files, and utilize Castmagic as a member of your team.
