⚡Zapier Integration

You can now connect Castmagic to all your workflows and automate the way you both import recordings, and export AI content to any software you'd like. Learn how to set up the Zapier integration with Castmagic to automate the importing and exporting of content. By following the steps outlined below, you'll be able to seamlessly connect your workflow tools to Castmagic and streamline your content management process.

Step 1: Create a Zapier Account

1. Go to zapier.com and sign up for a free account if you don't already have one.

Step 2: Retrieve the API Key

On the top bar, you'll see a button called Zapier ✨.

This is where you'll get your Zapier API key and import content from your Zaps.

1. Once you're logged into Castmagic, navigate to the API key section. If you don't see an API key, click on "Create API key" to generate one.

2. Copy the API key as you will need to paste it into Zapier when setting up the integration with Castmagic.

Step 3: Create a New Zap

1. Click on "Create Zap" to start setting up the integration.

2. Choose Castmagic as the trigger tool for your Zap.

Step 4: Set up the Trigger

1. Select "Castmagic" as the trigger app.

2. Choose the event, which would be "AI content is created."

3. Follow the prompts to link your Castmagic account by pasting the API key you retrieved earlier.

Step 5: Test the Trigger

1. Click on "Test Trigger" to ensure that the integration is working properly.

2. Select a record to test with.

Step 6: Set up the Action

1. Choose the destination app for your content export, such as Gmail.

2. Select the desired action, such as "Create draft" in Gmail.

3. Select your AI content field and assign where you'd like it sent.

Step 7: Test the Action

1. Click on "Test Step" to ensure that the action is functioning correctly.

2. Check your Gmail drafts folder to verify that the email draft was created successfully.

Step 8: Publish the Zap

1. Once you're satisfied with the setup, click on "Publish" to activate the Zap.

2. Your Zap is now ready to automate the exporting of Castmagic content to your desired destination.
