Payouts are fixed cash amounts awarded automatically when you pass Level 3, 4, or 5. There's nothing to request. The moment you meet all level requirements, the payout is deposited directly to your Catalyst wallet.

How payouts are earned
A payout is triggered when you complete all four requirements for a payout level at the same time:
Required qualifying trades completed
Realized Account Balance above $10,000
Max Loss not breached
Within the 30-day timer
Payouts are fixed. They are not based on how much profit you generated during the level and there is no profit split. Pass the level and you receive the full payout amount - no more, no less.
What happens after a payout is deposited
Once a payout lands in your wallet you will receive a confirmation email. From there you can withdraw the funds or use them toward a Catalyst purchase. There is no waiting period and no minimum hold time.
What if my payout hasn't appeared?
Payouts are deposited automatically. If you believe you have met all level requirements and a payout has not appeared, check the following first:
Confirm all four level requirements were met simultaneously, not just the trade count
Check your wallet by clicking the green wallet icon in the top-right navigation
Allow a few minutes for the system to process
If everything looks correct and the payout is still not showing after 30 minutes, contact support with your account email and the level you completed.
