As an employer, you set the hourly rate candidates receive, to which we'll add holiday pay, national insurance and our small fee.
Before you post a shift, we'll give you an exact breakdown of how much it'll cost. Here's an example:
Hourly rate: £8.03 (this is the minimum)
Holiday pay: 97p (holiday pay is also 12.07% of the hourly rate)
National Insurance: 38p
Catapult fee: £1.88 (20%)
Total: £11.26 per hour
We set an hourly minimum to reflect the national living wage, however, we may encourage you to increase this slightly for difficult-to-fill shifts eg. during peak periods or for last-minute shifts.
