Our fresh Cat Chef meals are made without artificial preservatives and are always delivered fresh (never frozen) straight to your door.
Meal storage
After delivery, the meals can be stored:
• for up to 7 days in the refrigerator;
• for up to 6 months in the freezer.
Have you received a delivery covering more than 7 days? In that case, we recommend freezing part of the meals immediately.
How do I thaw the meals?
You can thaw or warm up the meals in different ways:
• leave the meal to thaw in the refrigerator for around 24 hours;
• gently warm the portion in hot water;
• or briefly heat it in the microwave.
Once opened or thawed
Once opened or thawed, the meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
