Our fresh meals are prepared without artificial preservatives and are always delivered fresh (never frozen) directly to your home.
🧊 Meal storage guidelines
After delivery, the meals can be stored:
• for up to 7 days in the refrigerator;
• for up to 6 months in the freezer.
Receiving an order for more than 7 days? In that case, we recommend freezing part of the meals immediately.
🍽️ How do you thaw the meals?
You can thaw or warm up the meals in different ways:
• leave the meal to thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours;
• gently warm the portion in hot water;
• or briefly heat it in the microwave.
📦 Once opened or thawed
After opening or thawing, the meals can still be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
